Development of effective technology of making of shoe details from composition materials on the basis of the industrial wastes; the mathematical model of choice of designer and technological decisions is offered, which describes intercommunication of great numbers of properties of the special shoe and modes of his making; on the indexes of quality of detail from composition materials the analogical prevail from traditional shoe materials; research on biological testing of new composition materials showed that they are less toxic as compared to a natural leather and cardboard; the improvement of technology of making of the special shoe is instrumental in diminishing of amount of technological operations, total worth of equipment, decreasing power expenses.
