Zelinskyi H. Improving the technology of rational use of sheet materials during cutting the details of the bottom of the footwear

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the technology of rational use of sheet materials during cutting the details of the bottom of the footwear, namely, the automated design of a rational plan for cutting sheet materials for a given range of details of the bottom of the footwear. Mathematical models and methods of automated construction are developed: sets of admissible sections, sets of admissible cutting schemes, rational cutting plan. An improved method of constructing an equidistant for an external contour of a detail allows to provide a constant distance between details on cutting schemes. The method and algorithm of interactive correction of rational cutting schemes are developed. Based on the proposed methods, software was developed that allows to design cutting schemes and a rational cutting plan of sheet materials on a PC.
