Pervaia N. Development of scientific foundations for production technology of genuine leather for elderly people footwear

The dissertation is devoted the development of the scientific bases of technology of production of natural leather with improved physical-mechanical, heat-physical and hygienic properties to ensure functional and operational requirements for footwear of elderly people.Theoretical bases of liquid processing processes have been developed in the direction of more efficient formation of derma structure and improvement of leather quality indicators for upper of footwear of elderly people. The influence of conditions of manufacture of leather on their technological, heat-physical, hygienic and physical-mechanical properties is investigated.Two resource-efficient, ecologically oriented technologies have been developed for chrome tanning leather production for upper shoes with improved physical-mechanical, heat-physical, hygienic and technological properties. The designs have developed and technological processes have improve for the manufacture of footwear and footwear products from the leather with improved properties obtained by the new technologies, provide functional and operational requirements for the footwear of elderly people.
