Essay

Dissertation is devoted to study the features of arterial hypertension course in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and finding the ways of efficacy treatment improvement. It was found that the presence of night hypertenstion (18,3% of cases) and cardiovascular remodeling are typical for patients with night apnea syndrome. Clinical course of arterial hypertension and heart rate variability depends on the severity of obstructive respiratory disorders during sleeping in those patients. Fosinopril and amlodipine had shown the improvement in the daily dynamics of blood pressure and cerebral hemodinamic state. Was found that the prescription of amlodipine for hypertension treatment, associated with the syndrome of sleep obstructive apnoe improves the daily dynamics of blood pressure and cerebral hemodinamic state, also fosinopril didn't make worse for the treatment of hypertension without respiratory disorders.
