Object - the liver’s cirrhosis; methods – clinical, laboratory-biochemical, ultrasonographical from the Doppler ultrasounds vessels of liver, scintigraphy, liver-biopsy with morphological research and estimation of index of histological activity, signs of fibrosis and regeneration, estimation of quality and life-span of patients, statistical; novelty – the action of argonoplasma coagulation (AC) is investigational on cirrhosisly the changed liver of the investigated animals with determination of the optimum mode in 50 Ws for stimulation of regeneration of liver; offered and entered in practical work the nosotropic conditioned new miniinvasion endovideosurgical method of stimulation of regeneration of liver for patients by a cirrhosis through AC; it is set that stimulation of regeneration of diaphragmatic surface of liver of AC improves the clinical flow of disease, functional state of liver, its blood supply; information is confirmed, that liver for pa-tients by the cirrhosis of class C on Child-Turcotte-Pugh incapable of renewal of the morpho-functional state, improvement of blood supply, normal regeneration; results – the results of treatment of patients a hepatocirrhosis are improved by development and clinical introduction of new miniinvasion method, directed on stimulation of regeneration of liver by AC; branch – medicine.
