The dissertation is the independent completed scientific labour, the first of complex research of problems of the civil legal adjusting of carrying passenger's taxi in Ukraine. The basis of analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, that regulates regards between carrying passengers of taxi, on the opinions of scientists-civilist, generalization and analysis of practice an application of norms, that regulate the legal relationships, the first in the theoretical analysis of agreement of carrying passengers taxi has done in Ukrainian juridical science, this concept of the proper legal relationships and agreement of carrying passengers taxi, is defined their legal nature, the place in the system of civil legal agreements. There is legal description of the sides and other participants of legal relationships from carrying passenger's taxi. There is define grounds of origin of obligations from carrying passenger's taxi and feature of conclusion of treaty, determination of his form. There is made the analysis of maintenance of rights and duties of sides and features of implementation of agreement of carrying passenger's taxi. On the basis of current legislation and materials of judicial practice is given legal description of consequences of neglect of duties from carrying passenger's taxi, define typology of violations, grounds of responsibility and liberation, from it. The author is grounded and offered scientific theoretical and practical recommendations and suggestions relatively to perfection of legislative settlement of relations by agreement of carrying passenger's taxi."
