Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive function of women with a myoma of a uterus by optimisation of tactics of conducting, improvement myomectomy during time and out of pregnancy, definition of the reproductive forecast at a combination of a myoma of a uterus to other risk factors of infringements of reproductive function. On the basis of studying of the early and remote consequences abdominal myomectomy at the big and huge sizes of a myoma of a uterus during time and out of pregnancy the complex estimation of possibility of restoration of reproductive function and pregnancy is spent. Indications for myomectomy during pregnancy, improvement of surgical tactics and a condition of performance of operation that allows to lower risk of postoperative complications and premature interruption of pregnancy are defined.
