Gamova O. Management managing wages fund of in stimulating industrial enterprise innovation activity.

This thesis is dedicated to scientific feasibility and development of theoretical generalization and a new solution of a scientific problem of industrial enterprise innovation activity promotion by managing a wages fund. Theoretical and methodological principles of wages fund management at an industrial enterprise are considered. Typical characteristics of economical and legal categories of wages are marked out. The category of a wages fund is formulates. The Mechanism of regulating wages and regulator and legal security of industrial enterprise wages fund management are described. The system of functional ties between wages fund and enterprise activity results at macro-, meso- and microeconomical levels is defined. The form of functional ties mentioned above is defined by economic simulation. The technique of differentiation of kinds of industrial activity according to regularities of wages fund behaviors is elaborated. Differentiation of kinds of industrial activity for Zaporizhzhya region industrialsector is carried out. On the mentioned above basis typology of industrial activity kinds is formulated. Sufficiency of systematic provision of efficiency wages assessment is estimated. An integral synthetic test of wages fund efficiency evaluation for industrial enterprises is worked out. Existence of a stable functional tie between a wages fund structure and financial results of enterprise activity as well as ratio of wages fund sources increment and wages profitability is corroborated for some metallurgical plants in Zaporizhzhya region. Stable functional ties between enterprise innovation activity and its financial results are stated. Algorithm of innovation management of industrial enterprise wages fund based on usage of industrial activity kinds typology according to regularities of wages fund behaviors and revealed functional dependence is developed.
