The necessity of addition of organizational system of air traffic controllers training with modules of automated system, which perform functions of diagnosis and prevention of mistakes at professional activities is validated. For implementa-tion in program modules the functions of revealing and classification of hazards and risks in ATS the model of quantitative-qualitative risks estimation model dur-ing professional activities is elaborated. Procedures of change from quantitative indexes of risk to qualitative form of representation (to provide with information about risk level at ATS in usual for users form) are elaborated.
