On the basis of the researches the factors of infertility, feature of reproductive and somatic anamnesis are certain for women which apply to IVF with egg donation method. The features of current of pregnancy, delivery, puerperium and condition of new-born are certain for women after IVF with egg donation. The substantial differences of character of hormonal function in first trimester are detected. The hyperactivation of T-helper 1 (Th1) and of T- helper 2 (Th2) by allogenic fetus is specific for women after IVF with egg donation pregnancy. Preferable activation of Th2 and relative suppression of Th1 of chemokine expression reflect additional regulatory counteractive mechanism. The character of morphological and immunologic-morphological changes of placenta, including features of apoptosis and factor of necrosis of tumors' after birth for women after IVF with egg donation are detected. Practical recommendations for medical institutions which observe pregnant women after IVF with egg donation are created.
