Essay

Processes of effective personnel forming and use ensuring are considered. Theoretical and methodical statements and practical recommendations on enterprises personnel structure improvements are developed and grounded. The following methods are used: statistical, economic and factor analysis, expert judgment and fuzzy logics. Theoretical results: model of personnel structure influence on enterprise competitiveness evaluation is developed, methodical approaches to personnel structure improvement is proposed, method of personnel structure influence factors on enterprise activities effectiveness analysis and methodical approaches to personnel number planning is improved, methodical basis of techniques planning of personnel structure improvements got further development, the term ‘enterprise personnel structure’ is deeped. Practical thesis results: methodology of enterprises competitiveness evaluation is developed, evaluation of personnel structure and other interval and external factors influence on activities effectiveness of juices production enterprises is created, structural-logical scheme of system connections of personnel structure with indexes and factors of enterprise activities effectiveness is received. Methodology of enterprise personnel structure improvement and methodology of enterprises competitiveness evaluation based on their market place change is implemented. Business domain is manufacturing enterprises of Ukraine; educational process.
