3. The object of research: organizational and economic mechanisms of formation and use of managerial personnels of Lviv region agrarian ventures. The purpose of research: generalization of theoretical and methodological foundation of practical recommendation on forming and using managerial personnels of agrarian ventures. Methods: abstract and Logical, sociological poll, comparison of absolute, and relative values, graphical method, lines of the grouping dynamics, corelational and synthesis; comparison; method of combining historical and logical data. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical value of the research is focused on the development of forming qualified personnels of agrarian managers, grounding the role of such personnels and accepting concrete managerial decisions concerning improvement of agrarian production efficiency by raising of the use of managerial personnels. Practical value of the research is in the fact it may contribute to the social and economic development of loth agriculture and countryside. Its ideas may suggest the ways of improvement of agrarian managerial specialist, more effective use of such specialists, improvement of the system of their training and retraining increase of the agrarian employees incomes and positive changes in the social life of Ukrainian villages, educating younger generation and involving the most qualified young people into the agrarian sector. Research novelty: тhe research was first to elaborate methods of defining the level of attrition of managers labour into agriculture. These methods forsee the main characteristics of the manager's iabour on the basis of the qualified conclusions on their importance; It concretizes the meaning of the notion "managerial personnel" in agriculture, determinants and approaches in defining the perspective demand for the managers and the sources of these personnels formation taking into consideration modification in the demand for agricultural products, costs of other resources and political and legal changesin the social life of the country; Methodological approaches in defining the level of agricultural ventures' supply with managers taking into consideration the normative loading of these specialists; The following approaches got their further development: the valid methods of grounding the needs in managers basing upon the strategy and programmes of agricultural development, scientific basics of formation of motivating mechanism with motivating factors for both acting and potential specialists; Permanent system of training and retraining managers both at the basic educating centres and at the place of their employment; Methods of evaluation of managerial personnels' labour through selection of the system of considerable parameters characterizing the activities of separate categories of managers. Degree of introduction: тhe results of the research were accepted for implementation by the Main Board of agro-industrial development of Lviv regional state administration, Bus'k district state administration of Lvivregion. It is also used in the curricula of Lviv national agrarian university. Efficiency: тhe results of the research ground the conception of improving the process of formation and raising the level of use of managerial personnel of agrarian ventures. Sphere, field of use: тhe Main Board of agrarian development of the regional administration, district state administrations and the curricula of the agrarian educational institution.
