Myshko O. Mechanism of Transformation and Development of Control System Management of Quality as to Goods and Services in Ukraine

Research object is a process of government control of national control system by quality of commodities and favour in the conditions of realization of general strategy of Ukraine on membership in WTO. Aim is a ground of theoretical-methodological positions on forming of control system by quality of commodities and services and their perfection in accordance with the requirements of WTO. Methods: system, process, statistical, formalization, economic-mathematical design. Results: essence of mechanism of transformation and development of processes of quality of commodities and services management is first certain, strategy and tactic of passing to the update international version of standards is improved on a quality management. Use: in activity of the Volyn Regional Management in Matters of Defence of Rights for Users, in the educational process of the National University of Water Economy and Nature Management.
