Object - patients with the complicated form of ulcerous illness of stomach and duodenum; methods – clinical, roentgenologic, instrumental, histological, microbiological, pneumopression, statistical; novelty – first in an experiment the morphological features of dynamics of cicatrization of terminolateral gastroduodenal anastomisis are studied at enteral application of perftoran; first efficiency of the use of synthetic material of guy-sutures is experimentally well-proven with antibacterial coverage and perftoran for the increase of biological impermeability of gastro-duodenal anastomosis; on condition of resection of sto-mach at the complicated forms of ulcerous illness of stomach and duodenum developed and inculcated in surgical practice method of forming of terminolateral anastomosis; results – the results of surgical treatment of patients are improved with the complicated ulcerous illness of stomach and duodenum by optimization of method of forming of terminolateral anastomosis at implementation ofresection of stomach with development of effective method of shelter of stump of duodenum; branch – medicine.
