In dissertation at empiric level the discovers the features of forming of psychological readiness of future teachers the interactive co-operating with pupils. The signs of interactive co-operation are analysed in an educationaland up-brining processes, among which come forward lead its orientation on organization of joint activity of teacher with pupils and between pupils, effectiveness, productivity, co-operative character. The theoretical model of the probed readiness, the components of which come forward motivational, cognitive and practical components, is developed; their indexes (the oriention to partnership, attitude toward the interactive co-operating with students, productivity of thoughtful processes, general and special knowledges about interactive co-operation, ability to come forward as an organizer and participant) on the basis of which description of levels (high, medium and low) of psychological readiness of future teachers is given to the interactive co-operating with pupils are selected. Distributing of pupils is analysed after the levels of both separate components of the discovered readiness and according to its integral index. Found out The dependence of level of the discovered readiness on the external terms of professional preparation of future teachers in higher educational establishment and from personality qualities of students is found out. The method of forming of psychological readiness of future teachers is exposed to the interactive co-operating with pupils by the special practical work which foresees forming for the studsnts motivation of the interactive co-operating with pupils, mastering by them knowledges on questions of such co-operation; working out abilities of organization and participating in interactive co-operation.
