Essay

The object is process of electrochemiluminescent detection of tuberculosis markers with used quantum dots; the goal is development of method and sensor instrument based on quantum dimension nanostructures for electrochemilu-minescent detection of medicobiological significance sub-stances - markers of tuberculosis process; novelty are first proposed new method of early tuberculosis diagnostics based on investigation of electrochemiluminescence phe-nomenon; by means of mathematical modeling first defined of quantum dots type and its optimal dimensions; obtained further development mathematical model of semiconductor quantum dimension structure interaction with analyt; using development method and nanotechnological sensor instru-ment of electrochemiluminescent detection, tuberculosis markers in model system were experimentally detected for the first time; results - development method and sensor instrument of electrochemiluminescent detection of tuber-culosis lung markers; implemented in Phthisiology and Pulmonology Chair of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Post-diploma Education, Kharkiv, in educational process of Kharkiv National University of radio Electronics, in sci-ence process in the framework of international scientific and technical projects of Ukrainian Science and Technol-ogy Center; the regions is bionanophoton-ics
