Gaponenko V. Freedom as a factor of democratic political system

In the dissertation theoretic-methodological bases of the analysis of freedom and democratic political system are shined, freedom's place and role in political practice of modern democratic political systems are proved and the basic directions of maintenance of freedom in democratic political system reveal. The attention to requirements of the account of difficult interrelation of freedom and democracy, which are predetermined by wider understanding of a political freedom, is focused. It is offered definitions of democratic political system. Directions of restriction of a political freedom as factor of democratic political system in development of the liberally democratic countries of the West also reveal. It is necessary that narrowing of a role of a political freedom leads to crisis of democratic political system. New results concerning the reasons and displays of an inefficiency of modern liberal democracy are shined. Features of freedom as factor of formation of democratic political system in Ukraine are found out. Leading value of freedom affirms as spiritual sphere for functioning of the West European and transitive political systems. Ways of maintenance of freedom to modern democratic political system are offered.
