Gorbas' D. The realization of subjective civil rights of natural persons: essence, modes, limits

Dissertation dedicates to the theoretical and practical aspects of realization of subjective civil rights of natural persons. It studies the notion of realization of subjective civil right of natural person, modes of realization of subjective civil rights of natural persons, limits of realization of subjective civil rights, abusing of right. In dissertation the defence of subjective civil rights from the position of owner of subjective right for defence has analysed. Author has elaborated classifications of modes of realization of subjective civil rights and limits of realization of subjective civil rights.Author has made a suggestion to change wording of articles 13, 16, 1169 of Civil Code of Ukraine.
