Krivoruchko S. Magnetic-Laser Therapy in Medical Rehabilitation of Children with Recursive Bronchitis at Sanatorium-Recreation Stage.

Research subjects: patients by a recurrent bronchitis children (RB).Purpose: increase of efficiency of medical rehabilitation of children with RB on the sanatorium stage by application of the developed methods of Мagnetic-Laser therapy (MLT) in the complex of restoration treatment. Methods: clinical, electro-physiological, laboratory, instrumental-diagnostic, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: The concrete methods of MLT are developed for application for the sick children of RB on the sanatorium-resort stage. The parameters of Мagnetic-Laser radiation (power of magnetic-field and laser, frequency modulation but other) and optimum connection of the affected zones are certain on the basis of leadthrough of electro-punctural (EPD). The use of the developed program is reduced by probability of chronic of pathological process, provides harmonization of vegetative status and state of the system of the external breathing, general heterospecific adaptation reactions. Diagnostic approach is select–the functional indexes of punctural points in combination with the methods of estimation of the state of heterospecific general резистентности of child's organism and instrumental methods of estimation of the system of breathing and vegetative status are given by possibility to optimize and it is differentiated to walk up to realization of rehabilitation measures with the use of MLT. Novelty: On the basis of the conducted clinical-functional researches new information is got about the features of influence zonal and punctural regulative MLT at RB for children. First found out the operating of the developed methods of MLT on main – psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrino are nosotropic links of mechanism of development of RB for children. It is set that zonal MLT foremost removed the obstructive phenomena of respiratory tracts, while regulative punctural MLT above all things instrumental in the acceleration of normalization of indexes of the state of VNS. It is well-proven that for the receipt of purposeful medical effect with the use of necessary method of MLT, except for a careful clinical inspection, the study of the state of VNS is needed with the use of standard vegetative test –diagnostics (EPD). It is set that application of MLT on a background base sanatorium therapy was instrumental in the improvement of clinical symptoms of bronchial ability to travel the cross-country, vegetative status and adaptation reactions for children from RB.It is rotined also, that low-energy MLT has a considerable influence: after the course of base sanatorium medical rehabilitation in combination from MLT intensifying of basic disease absent for a year, there is stability of function of the external breathing, indexes of vegetative status and general adaptation reactions.
