Object: economic relations between economic subjects, which appear in conditions of atmosphere pollution and influencing ecological and economic efficiency of economic systems functioning. Goal: deepening theoretic and scientific methodical approaches to grounding economic decisions with the help of ecological-economic efficiency indicators incorporating territorial peculiarities. Research methods and instruments: comparative and systemic-structural, analysis and synthesis; statistical and abstract-logical methods. Novelty: scientific and methodical approaches to general assessment of ecological-economic damage, unlike the present ones foresee new correcting coefficients that incorporate such factors as background pollution level, people's health and intensity of natural systems reproduction are improved. Subject, level of implementation: theoretical and methodical bases for the formation of ecological-economic efficiency of economic systems functioning. Theoretical and scientific-practical approachesto analysis and incorporation of ecological component of economic systems efficiency assessment are implemented.
