Object - complex analysis of the excessive uterine bleeding for women in premenopaause; methods – clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical; novelty – features and mechanisms of development of system violations of adjusting of the aggregate state of blood are first set, fibrinolysis, proteolysis, functional state of liver and exchange of lipids for women with the excessive uterine bleeding in premenopause; the mechanism of violation of metabolic syndrome is first set in connection with insufficiency of protein-synthesizing and disintoxication functions of liver and dislipopolyproteindemy; first developed and inculcated in a clinic the nosotropic grounded method of complex correction of these violations for women with the excessive uterine bleeding of premenopause age, including local application of gestagen of levonorgestrel-releasing system; results – developed the complex of medical measures is nosotropic grounded in relation to the correction of violations of the system of the aggregate stateof blood, proteolysis and fibrinolysis, exchange of липидов and functional activity of liver for patients with the excessive uterine bleeding in premenopause for optimization of treatment and prophylaxis of relapses; branch – medicine.
