Shestel O. Literary View of National Character in Ivan Lypa's Works.

The objects are - epic, lyrical products by Ivan Lypa. The aim is to finding-out the features of the art view of national nature in products by Ivan Lypa. The methods are descriptive, comparative-typological, hermeneutic, comparative-historical, autobiographical. Ivan Lypa's name is known only among literary critics. Also he was famous for being a social worker and a talented doctor. Such famous Ukrainian writers as Ivan Franko, Borys Grinchenko and Mykola Voronyi admitted his unique literary talent. Аlsо Ivan Lypa showed his original outlook, created colourful characters and represented Ukrainian way of life, folklore, language in his work. Principles of charactermaking in his works have been analyzed, which gives a wide prospective on his literary inheritance. The given thesis can be used as basis for the future research in this sphere. Application sphere is the training courses.
