Yaroshevska T. Right of official invention.

The thesis contains the complex scientific analysis of civil-and-law institution "Right of official invention" based on the new for Ukraine legislation in the sphere of intellectual right. In dissertation complex of theoretical and practical questions, related to the settlement of relations in the field of official invention is analyzed. In particular, the questions of standing and development of the patent system of legal safeguard of official inventions, the experience of adjusting of rights on an official invention in separate foreign countries with the developed market economy and countries of the CIS, the concept of an official invention, subjects of these rights, are investigational. In this dissertation the maintenance of equitable right on an official invention is thoroughly analyzed, equitable rights and legal duties of sides in contractual relations are balanced concerning creation and use of official inventions.
