Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with lock on the basis of studying kliniko-functional, immunological and microbiological features, and also optimisation of tactics of conducting pregnancy. Clinical features gestational period, delivery and conditions of newborns, and also frequency and character of a clinical current of locks in various terms gestation are studied. The condition estimation biocenose a thick gut, urogenital path and system immunity is given at locks at pregnant women. The technique of conducting pregnancy at women with various variants of locks on the basis of use of the directed medicamentous correction is developed and introduced.
