Essay

Work is devoted to the solution of one of actual questions of modem gynaecology - increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with the sharp inflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus. A spectrum and frequency of different forms of PIDis studied in the structure of exigent gynaecological pathology. It is set that disagreements in processof diagnosis of PID are about 4%, including 55,2% which is based on difficulty of differentiation with sharp surgical hathology. The features of changes of levels of albumens in sharp phase of inflammation are analyzed, as objective criteria of estimation of severity of proceeding and efficiency of treatment of patients with PID. Medical tactic is improved with determination of possibilities of modem antibacterial medicinal facilities, laparoscopicand traditional operative technologies, that allowed to achieve complete convalescence in 87,5% of patients, to reduce the term of stay in medical facilities, to decrease the number of postsurgical complications from 8,3% to 3,7%.
