Object: Process of drained earth's agrarian use economic and ecological risks negative influence diminishing by the systems approach to their optimization. Purpose: To improve theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations relating to economic and ecological risks evaluation and account at the ground of investments in the drainage systems building and reconstruction expedience, and also development of practical recommendations in relation to the risk management instruments system in the drained earth's agrarian use forming and realization. Methods: Analytical, logical, a generalization, economical-statistical, economical-mathematical, graphical.
