Petruk I. Ekonomic-ecological ground of torrent-control measures in the region of Carpathians.

An object is a process of forming and negative influence of rain floods on an environment, objects of economy and population of region of Carpathians. A purpose is an improvement of the scientifically methodical going near the estimation of economic-ecological efficiency of torrent-control measures. Methods - factor, economic statistical, economic mathematical, system, graphic. Novelty - the model of estimation of economic ecological efficiency of torrent-control measures is first developed after approach of the systems and the method of estimation of economic ecological efficiency of capital investments is improved in torrent-control buildings, which, unlike existing, allows to take into account outlaying facilities on land-reclamation of earths and existent torrent-control buildings, and also effect, from warning of social loss. Result - scientifically methodical approaches of economic ecological ground of efficiency of torrent-control measures are improved. It is inculcated - in a State committee ofUkraine of water economy, to Council of study of productive forces of Ukraine of NAS of Ukraine, in an educational process.
