Shulga T. Humorous component in the semantics of lexical and phraseological units in Yevgen Dudar's works.

In the dissertation lexical (common and proper nouns) and phraseological means of the comic in Yevgen Dudar's humorous works are investigated and definition of "humorous microcontext" is given. Typology and systemforming function of lexico-semantic and semantico-syntactic methods of creating the comic are contemplated. Text variations of phraseological units are defined on the basis of their stylistic, textforming and social-situational functions. The investigator distinguishes types of connotations with language units (which contain humorous component) as their source. Correlation between types of contrasts as aesthetic phenomena and typology of opposition of language units in humorous microcontext is investigated.
