Essay

The first time it is theoretically caused and experimentally finished haemostatic action of a dry extract from cormus of a Rubus caesius. Studying haemostatic actions and toxic characteristics of a dry extract of a Rubus caesius is made with use pharmacological, biochemical, hystomorhological and histologic methods of research. It has been shown, that a dry extract from cormus of a Rubus caesius raised quantity and aggregative ability for platelets, as a result of activated the retraction of blood clot and decreased capillary haemorrhage; accelerates derivation of a thromboplastin, calling a hypercoagulation in a stage of generation Prothrombinasa; labilizes conversion of a thrombinogen into Thrombinum, depressed fibrinolytic activity of blood, i.e. has universal procoagulantic properties. On influence on curtailing system of blood the dry extract from cormus of a Rubus caesius surpasses action of an extract of the shepherd's bag and ?-Acidum aminocapronicum. The set forth above effects promote reduction of time of a bleeding from cutting wounds at rats: of a liver in 1,3 times; kidneys in 1,2 times and a uterus in 1,4 times in comparison with control animals that testifies to expediency of application of a dry extract from cormus of a Rubus caesius as haemostatic at parenchymatous and capillary bleedings. A dry extract from cormus of a Rubus caesius belongs to class 6 safety, i.e. it is to practically nontoxic substances.
