In work presented linguistic, psycho-pedagogical and methodical bases of forming of: expresion, expresion of utterance, communicative and stilistic skills of pupils of 5-7 forms. At first in dissertation methods of forming skils of understanding and reproducing expressive linguistic means on the lessons of Ukraine language in 5-7 forms were scientifically grounded, developed and experimentally tested; scientifically grounded and upgraded criteria of determination levels of forming skills of reproducing of expressive ones in texts of different stules of pupils of 5-7 forms.
