The dissertation is devoted to development and introduction of scientifically proved technology of manufacturing, methods of stabilisation and quality control of parenteral solution, which contains ions of potassium, magnesium, glutaminate and sorbitol, is named “Kaglutamagol”. Combined investigations of physical and chemical transformations of parenteral in bottles and ampoules during the storage are carried out. Method of analysis are fulfilled, and biological tests of the offered medicine also are conducted. The pharmacokinetics of ions potassium and magnesium by application of parenteral medical form “Kaglutamagol” are studied. The basic pharmacokinetic exponents, which characterizes the distribution of ions potassium and magnesium in organism, are determined.
