Object - intraoperative transillumination at operative interferences on the organs of hepatoduodenal area; methods – clinical, laboratory, roentgenologic, ultrasonic, endoscopy, transillumina-tion, statistical; novelty – efficiency of leadthrough of intraopera-tive transillumination is studied at laparoscopic cholecystectomy for verification of extrahepatic bilious channels and vessels in the cases of offtype anatomic variants and pathological changes in a hepatoduodenal area; possibility of the use of intraoperative transillumination is studied for visualization of extrahepatic bilious channels at operative interferences concerning a low duodenal ulcer; methods and instruments are developed for intraoperative verification of extrahepatic bilious channels and vessels and diagnostics of cholelithiasis, and also their efficiency is appraised during implementation of operative interferences on the organs of hepatoduodenal area; results – the results of operative interferences are improved on the organs ofhepatoduodenal area by application of intraoperative transillumination for the prophylaxis of damages of extrahepatic bilious channels and vessels and residual cholelithiasis; branch – medicine.
