Object - fabrics of stump appendix, method electric welding of soft bio-logical fabrics (MEWSBF) treated by a method and by a diathermocoagulation; methods – clinical, laboratory, diagnostic to laparoscopy, ultrasonic diagnostics, running cytofluorometria, patomorphology, пневмопресии, bacteriological; novelty – possibility of implementation of appendectomy MEWSBF is investigational in an experiment and it is well-proven that the offered method is reliable and safe, provides impermeability and sterility of stump appendix, and also reliable hemostasis at treatment mesenterium of vermicular appendix; the patomorphology structure of fabrics of stump appendix is investigational in an experiment and clinical terms which are treated by a vehicle for the electric welding of soft biological fabrics; an apoptosis and cytoclasis of fabrics of stump appendix is first investigational in an experiment on animals; the microbiological spectrum of stump appendix is investigational, which developing with the use of MEWSBF; first in clinical practice at laparoscopic appendectomy for treatment of basis of appendix and his mesenterium was applied MEWSBF; results – the results of surgical treatment of patients sharp appendicitis by development and introduction in practice of new laparoscopic method of treatment of basis and mesenterium of vermicular appendix are improved with the use of MEWSBF; branch – medicine.
