Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of psychological conditions of optimization of interpersonal mutual relations of pupils of younger school age. Features of influence of communicative competence of pupils of younger school age on formation of the person are found out. It is proved, that negative emotions and unformed skills to supervise over them at the initial stage of training block becoming constructive mutual relations at younger schoolboys. The important conditions of the organization of the personally-focused developing training of pupils which lay in the basis of educational cooperation are certain, namely: alongside with cognitive activity - character of interpersonal mutual relations. It is proposed the methodical instructions for diagnosis the revealing of personal anxiety and aggressive behaviour of the younger schoolchildren, which block the development of theirs constructive relationships with the children of the same age. It is shown, that formation of separate features self-acting control at younger school age is one of determinants of development both educational-cognitive activity, and a condition of growth of the person. Special training optimization of interpersonal mutual relations of pupils at the initial stage of training by means of formation of communicative competence of younger schoolboys and suggested recommendations to pedagogical workers is developed.
