Melnychuk V. Economic Foundations of Expert Monetary Appreciation of Agricultural Land Plots

The thesis is developed to research theoretical and practical aspects of expert monetary appreciation of agricultural land plots. Classification of principles of expert monetary appreciation of agricultural land plots according to the criteria of relationship with object of evaluation is proposed in the thesis. With aim of minimization of influence of abrupt changes of agricultural products' realization prices on agricultural land plots value, author has elaborated approach to such land plots' profit determination. Original methodic of sharing of expected profit from land plots on income and rent is proposed in the thesis. New approaches to improvement of capitalization rate calculation, which will be used within process of expert monetary agricultural land plots appreciation as well as new method of mentioned rate determination, are proposed in the thesis.
