Essay

Object of research - processes of the operating the corporative forms of the business operators telecommunication. The purpose - the generalization theoretical and methodical approach comparatively process to organizations of corporative management activity of operators' telecommunication and development and motivations of the balanced strategic system of the development bases of client of the services. Methods of research: the historian-logical; statistical; the qualitative analysis and syntheses; the method of the scenario's and causal relationships. Scientific results: the theorist-methodical motivation of the introduction process to organizations of corporative governing the operator telecommunication; the system development of the partial criterion to efficiency of information support of the different groups stakeholders; the recommendations for optimization process to organizations of corporative management on base of the methods reengineering and outsourcing of processes and schemes of the business-modeling to activity; the approbation strategic forming balanced system of the factors and logical scheme of the balanced strategic system of the development of the operator telecommunication; the recommendations for designing managerial system process, oriented on granting infocommunication services and use multiservice network. Practical importance consists in that main results of the study can be used in branch of the economy of the country and, in particular, in branches telecommunication for the reason improvements of the system of corporative management, which renders the assistance to increasing to efficiency to activity branch enterprise.
