Vinogradov O. Mechanisms of public administration of the multichannel financing of health care system of Ukraine

The object is public administration of the health care system financing of Ukraine. The objective is scientific and theoretical ground of mechanisms of public administration of the multichannel financing of medicare and determination on this basis of the main approaches to forming the conception of the health care development. The methods are historical and logical approach, terminology analysis, structural-functional and systematic analysis, informational and analytical, prognostic. The newness is that the basic approaches to forming of conception of budgetary-insurance model of development of the multichannel financing of health care system which based on principles of three basic sources combination with determination of their optimum proportion is grounded. The results are that the four basic aspects of development of the system of the multichannel financing of health care of Ukraine are distinguished; the main problems of development of the multichannel financing in Ukraine are exposed and determined.
