Ilyuk T. Government Information Campaigns on European Integration in Poland: Theoretical and Methodological Approach

The object is government information campaigns on European integration. The objective is development of the theoretical and methodological approach to the preparation and realization of government information campaigns on European integration in Poland (1999-2004) and Ukraine (2004-2007) and formulation of scientific and practical recommendations on the improvement of informing of public on a questions of European integration in Ukraine. The methods are analysis, synthesis, classification, structural-functional, comparative, historical, sociological, design, prognostic. The newness is that the accordance of the basic constituents of the government information campaigns to its basic stages is exposed. The results are that it is proved that effectiveness of government information campaigns in the sphere of European integration in Poland (1999-2004) is conditioned by observance of sequence and essence of the base stages of campaign by government; classification of the government information campaigns on the criterion of their having a special purpose direction is improved; scientific and theoretical visions about informing principles of public in Ukraine on a questions of European integration are improved.
