Essay

The dissertation is developed to decide one of the actual tasks of gynecology - to increase the efficiency of medical treatment of women in reproductive age, patients with recurrent genital herpes (RGG). The dissertation of clinical-laboratory researches are generalized with 115 women in reproductive age and patients on RGG. The pathogenesis role of violations immunological and metabolic is demonstrated in the relapse of disease. It is set their correlation. It is pathogenesticaly grounded the using of the developing chart of medical treatment, which is directed on normalization of immunological reactivity and renew the metabolic homeostasis of organism. The efficiency is proved by achievement of clinical-laboratory remission of disease.
