Omelchenko A. Economic Fundamentals Ecological Security in Ukraine

Ob’ekt – process of forming of economic principles of providing of prirodno-ekologichnoy safety of Ukraine; purpose – determination and scientific obruntuvanni of teoretiko-metodologichnikh principles of providing of prirodno-ekologichnoy safety of Ukraine and to development of ways of increase of management efficiency by it in the conditions of market economy; methods – fundamental positions of economic theory, geoekologii legislative and normative acts. For the decision of tasks were used: sistemno-strukturniy, ekonomiko-matematichni, statistical analysis, Swot-analiz, ratings estimations, informaciyno-komp’yuterniy; novelty – author determination of concept of prirodno-ekologichnoy safety is formulated in a spatial aspect that on combination of factors of natural and ecological safety characterizes the state of protected of population and environment from the potential or real dangers of the prirodno-ekologichnikh phenomena or influencing of their consequences; results – the methodological going isnear the ekologo-ekonomichnoy estimation of constituents of prirodno-ekologichnoy safety; it is inculcated in economic practice.
