Essay

Object - process of evaporating concentration of salt solution with crystal salt receiving. Object - heat and mass exchange and hydrodynamic laws of sodium chloride solution evaporating concentration. Methods - physical and mathematical modelling, volumetric and weight methods of the chemical analysis, mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results - the analytical dependences representing mathematical model of evaporating concentration of a sodium chloride solution with crystallization of firm salt are received; designs of cooling towers for realization of process is developed. Novelty - laws of process of enthalpy and mass transfer in а system: sodium chloride solution - air on fall-through plates are revealed; presence of a hysteresis in dependence of hydraulic resistance on speed of air is revealed; speed of salt deposit formationof on a contact element is certain. Degree of introduction - it is transferred to scientific-research and a project institute of the basic chemistry,Kharkov,for introduction. Branch - chemical mechanical engineering.
