Manoilo Y. Regularity of process of comminution production offcuts of soda in the machine of dismembration type

Object: process of comminuting of soda waste in dismembrator. Purpose: research a process of comminuting of soda waste and development recommendations on the improvement of the equipment. Modeling is executed in obedience to the theory of comminution. Scientific novelty: for the first time solved research problem of the study of comminution of soda waste in dismembrator: are received dependencies of output-input ratio, degree of the comminuting, average size and dispersions from velocity of the rotor and size of the particles; the revealed relationship between the expense of raw material and rotation of billow; by expense of air and rotation of billow; motivated use of machines for a thinly dispersible grade; a new construction is developed. Practical value: a machine is made with low metal capacity and power expenses; technology of production of products is offered. Introductions are conducted in scientific and industry.
