Artem'ev S. Increasing of efficiency of the processes and equipment in production peroxide sodium joins

A research object is industrial productions connections of sodium. A purpose is development of process of the technological burning of liquid metallic sodium. Methods are determination of descriptions of diphasic stream with the use of photography, methods of physical and chemical analysis, method of mathematical design. Theoretical and practical results - the process of production of connections of sodium is created; the perspective constructions of reactors are developed; the mathematical model of process of burning of liquid metallic sodium is offered; a flaming construction is offered to the reactor. Novelty - the thin structure of torch of liquid metallic sodium is first investigational, it is certain that the proper devices allow to get more thin dispersions of drops; found out influence of properties of solozone and type of catalysts on the rational parameters of process, that allows to realize the proper process with the degree of transformation not less than, than 97%. Degree of introduction -experimentally are industrial tests. Industry - is chemical technology.
