The structural and phase state of films Со, Cu, Ag and Au based, еlectrophysical properties of this structures were investigated. Formation method of spin-valves structures functional elements by layerwise condensation of Au, Co, Сu and Cr was propose. There were determined: formation conditions of granular fcc solid solution (Cu, Со), (Ag, Со) and (Au, Со) by layerwise condensation. Electron and sensor instrumentation.
