Essay

Researches of the optical scheme of the fourier-spectrometer are carried out. The optimization of the optical scheme to reduce the area and the profile of optical surfaces was offered. For the first time the new design procedure of the optical element "fokon" was developed. The technique of calculation of optical element "ellipsoid" used in the optical system of the device allows to reduce a number of optical sur-faces up to a minimum was developed. The method of estimation of gas concentration in a ground layer of the atmosphere was developed.The method of retreival of the ozone column and ozone profile from spectra obtained with fourier-spectrometer is developed.
