Zhdanov V. Hygienical estimation of the influence of the electric heating station harmful troop landing on the health of the population and ground of prophylactic measures.

Object - influence of a dust of coal ash of thermal power station on health of the population of an industrial city. The purpose - a scientific substantiation of system of the sanitary-and-hygienic control over emissions of the thermal power station directed on preservation and strengthening of health of the population. Methods - hygienical, immunological, epidemiological and mathematic-statistical. Novelty - is presented for the first time a complex hygienic estimation of emissions of thermal power station on the basis of a comparative estimation of physical and chemical properties of a dust, gases, their biological action, definition of risks for health and a substantiation of a complex of the preventive actions directed on preservation and strengthening of health of the population; laws of formation of disease of the population are established at inhalation influence of the multicomponent dust modified by gases which contains in industrial emissions of thermal power station; qualitative and quantitative connections between degree of pollution of atmospheric air and indicators of the general and local immunity are established, and also feature of accumulation of metals in biological environments (urine and hair) of children is revealed; for the first time the system of the sanitary-and-hygienic control over the power system enterprises is scientifically proved. Results - the forms and algorithm of socially-hygienic monitoring of the city environment and management of ecological risk on the basis of revealing of communications and dependencs between environmental contamination and a population state of health is offered. Results of research are introduced in practical activities of executive committee of Schastinsky council of October district of Lugansk city, Lugansk regional sanitary-and-epidemiological station, Lugansk thermal power station of "Vostokenergo", and also in educational process of M.Gorkу Donetsk national medical university and Lugansk state medical university.
