. Object - process of economic development and organisation of effective grape production in Object of the thesis is process of management consulting of agrarian enterprises in the Autonomous republic of Crimea. Purpose of the thesis is substantiation of theoretical and me-thodical positions of development of manage-ment consulting of agrarian enterprises and the development of practical recommendations on its perfection. Methods of the thesis are the method of paired comparison on the basis of multidimensional scaling, adaptive forecasting, SWOT-analysis, analysis of sensitiveness, imi-tation modeling. Results of the thesis: cognitive models of management consulting of agrarian enterprises and its interactions with an external environment which allow scientifically substan-tiate the priority ways of development of the agrarian consulting in the direction of achieve-ment of strategic aims and improvement of socio-economic indicators of development of agrarian production are offered for the first time;determination of definition of "manage-ment consulting of agrarian enterprises" (atten-tion on the synergy of participants of consulting process in providing the adaptation of agrarian enterprises to the conditions of market environ-ment is accented), model of realization of con-sulting projects on development of the agrarian enterprises taking into account possibilities of outsourcing technology are specified; methodi-cal approaches of research of management con-sulting of agrarian enterprises as difficult socio-economic system which consists of using analy-sis of sensitiveness for realization of aims of imitation modeling, model of the management consulting of the agrarian enterprises, in basis of which is the network co-operation of consulting enterprises with the separation of coordinating center of the agrarian consulting, the substantia-tion of organizational and economic mechanism of information-consulting activity received fur-ther development. The sphere of application is the management consulting ofagrarian enterprises.
