Diatel V. Increasing of grape production's economical efficiency in the agricultural enterprises

. Object - process of economic development and organisation of effective grape production in Crimean agricultural enterprises. The purpose - a scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodical economic efficiency's bases of wine growing and working out the practical recommendations about increasing of grape production's economic efficiency in market conditions. Methods: abstract-logic, monographic, statistical (an economic group and correlation and regression procedure), economathematical (DEA, imitating modeling). Results: first on the basis of the law of decreasing return from following investments the methodical approach to define an optimum level of cost for grapes production with use the prices for grapes and for the resources is offered; first parameters of Kobb-Douglas kinetic production function for an estimation allocative and forecasting grapes production economic efficiency are calculated; the system of economic efficiency indicators of grapes production is improved by using the indicators of method DEA that allows to define technological and allocative production efficiency; methodical approaches concerning on calculation of the economically-expedient price for grapes taking based on the scientifically-proved margin and price elasticity of demand is improved; a substantiation of the sizes of concentration, specialisation and intensification of grapes production based on decreasing in average long-term cost have received the further development; substantiation of degree of influence exogenous factors (uncontrollable by enterprise) on economic efficiency of grapes production based on the developed production function and on the basis of it priority directions of its increase are allocated.
