Essay

The goal of the dissertation is a theoretical grounding and development of methodic recommendations on working out current system of land resources management. The object of research is the process of land resources management in Ukraine. The subject of research is principles, methods and instruments of land resources management and raising efficiency of their use in market economy. Methods of research rest on basic regulations of economic theory, economy of nature management, and theory of management. Scientific novelty of obtained results consists in expanding theoretical and methodic regulations concerning development of system of land resources management by means of working out and implementing corresponding recommendations. This will lead to rise in effectiveness in the field of land resources management in the current economic situation. For the first time there was suggested a mechanism of insurance protection of high-quality condition of tenancy. There is improvement in the following items: methodical recommendations for normative pecuniary valuation of arable lands by means of systematic revision of its results; structure of the system of land resources management; list of existing and potential alternative sources of financing protection, recovery and stimulation of rational use of land resources, implementation of instruments to provide their optimal and purposeful use. The further development is given to the following items: classification of approaches to economic estimation of nature resources; determination of peculiarities of land resources as the object of management; classification of basic principles, methods and instruments of economic mechanism of land resources management.
