Zhyla A. Insurance, as the methods of the securing execution obligations at the Ukraine civil legislation.

The thesis is devoted to investigation of the insurance theoretic theory like a method to discharge the obligation at the Ukraine civil legislation. Here were analyzed the conception and behaviour to securing execution of the obligations and the methods of the securing execution obligations. Here were analyzed the essences, functions and the principles of the insurance. The classification of the insurance legal relationship is searched. The main tension is concentrated for the insurance agreement as a method to securing execution of the obligations. Notably, in detail was analyzed the conception of the insurance agreement and the directions of the insurance agreement and the insurance legal relationship evolution were specified. The proposition for the improvement of the legal regulations of the current legislation and concordance the conditions of the Ukraine Civil code were formulated in the dissertation."
